Our operating fundamentals
Family shareholding,
a long-term vision
The Dorise Group is backed by a family shareholder base, guaranteeing autonomy and strategic continuity. This direct governance ensures stability of direction, a long-term vision and a lasting commitment to customers, teams and partners.
With a clear ambition: to become a benchmark player in France and to be part of a long-term European dynamic.
Our values
Founding values,
alive every day
At the heart of the Dorise Group are three values handed down from generation to generation: humanity, respect and honesty.
They guide the way we work, manage and build lasting relationships with our customers, suppliers and employees.
Our team
With 65 employees, DORISE relies on an expert, committed team that is close to industrial realities.
Its organization is based on 3 complementary pillars:
TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVES AND TECHNICAL ADVISORS
We are convinced that in high-precision machining, not everything can be digitized: technical advice and human contact remain decisive. Our 49 technical sales representatives and technical advisors, most of whom come from the workshop floor, support manufacturers well beyond the supply of products. Their added value is based on operational expertise, at the heart of production environments.
Our identity is expressed above all by our technical expertise and our presence alongside our customers.
AREA MANAGERS
Local management is provided by experienced Regional Managers, who are responsible for sales development and team management.
MANAGEMENT & STRATEGIC STEERING
The Management Committee draws on complementary profiles, combining solid backgrounds and high standards of training. Young talents have also been integrated to prepare for the future and support the Group’s long-term development.
An agile organization, strong business expertise and a team committed to industrial performance.
